Signature and saved replies
Your signature
Write it once in Settings, Signature & saved replies (for example "Thanks," and your name). From then on it is put at the bottom of the box every time you open New email or Reply. You can see it, change it or delete it in the box before you send. If you leave the box with only the signature in it, Enveliq treats it as empty, so you are not asked whether to throw it away.
Saved replies
Short pieces of text you use often, such as "Running late" or "Thank you, that is very kind." Add them in the same Settings page, with a short name and the words.
When you write a message, a Saved reply chooser sits above the message box (it only shows if you have saved some). Choose one and its words are put in where your cursor is. You can keep typing, change it, or add another.
In the Settings page you can Edit or remove (×) any saved reply. You can keep up to 30.
Good to know
- Nothing is added behind your back. What you see in the box is exactly what is sent.
- Your signature and saved replies are yours alone, kept encrypted, and nobody else can see them, not even an administrator. They are part of Export my data.
- A signature is plain text. There are no pictures or fancy formatting.
- If you use writing help (the AI suggestion), the AI sees the text in the box, so it would see your signature if you leave it there.
