Important people
Pick the people whose email you never want to miss: family, the school, your doctor. Their email is shown at the top of your inbox, with a small Important label, so it is never buried under newsletters.
How to add someone
- From an email. Open an email from them and press Important person. Press it again (it then says Not important) to take them off.
- From Settings. Open Settings, Important people, type their email address (and a name if you like) and press Add. The same page lists everyone and lets you remove them with the ×.
What changes
- Email from these people is placed first. Inside each group your usual order still applies, so with "Newest first" the newest important email is at the very top.
- Only email still in your inbox is moved. Reviewed and archived email stays where it is.
- Nothing is changed in your mailbox. This is only about how your list is arranged in Enveliq.
Privacy
- Only the email addresses and names you add are kept, encrypted, in your own part of the vault. No email text is stored.
- Nobody else can see your list, not even an administrator.
- It is included if you use Export my data, and removed if your account is removed.
- You can keep up to 200 people.
Good to know
- Addresses are matched exactly, ignoring capital letters. If someone writes to you from two addresses, add both.
- This is separate from your address book, which only helps with suggestions when you write an email.
